Sorry for my late reply.
Primary school age students can also have language problems, but their problems can also be solved under speech therapy.
Children can have more prominent problems in verbal communication, like your son.
What he needs is a formal assessment to know his spectrum of communication problem. Then speech therapy can be provided to fit his individual needs.
What you should do is to arrange an assessment for him at speech therapy centre.
You can also inform school teacher to direct the case to EMB, or connect CAC for arrangement. But the waiting queue is quite long.

My son is in P.2, his chinese performance is not so good! According to teacher say, he need to use double time to answer the questions. And I notice his is not so good in comprehension..... What should I do? No problem found in writing. But I found him to have some difficulties in expressing himself / describing things., esp. in a hurry.
