If the item is damaged or we have supplied you with the incorrect product, our Customer Services team will arrange a free replacement. 


How to replace your goods:

If you've received an incorrect item, you can call our Customer Services team between Monday to Friday on +852 26269611 for advice. Please allow up to 10 days for a replacement. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced immediately when you contact us with the required photographic evidence.
